As a Project Training Trainee, you will support the training activities of our global project oneSAP, contributing to the harmonization of Infineon’s processes.

In your new role, you will:

- Contribute to **training activities **for **one of the biggest projects within Infineon **as part of an experienced team;
- **Execute and coordinate all training activities **according to the **training roadmap **;
- Support with all **operational tasks of training **(e.g., creation of templates, such as a list of participants);
- **Organize **and **conduct **trainer **kick-offs **;
- **Collaborate **and **coordinate **with **different stakeholder groups **;
- **Monitor **and **track training activities **in the **Tableau Training Reporting Dashboard **.

You are a methodic and organized person, who excels in international environments. You have a proactive and structured working style, with good communication and time management skills.

You are best equipped for this role if you:

- Have a **degree **in **Business Administration **, **Communication Sciences **, **Computer Science **, or an equivalent field;
- Have a **good command **of **Microsoft Office tools **(especially Excel and PowerPoint);
- Have an **interest **in **new tools **and show a **proactive, precise, and focused working style **;
- Are an **open-minded team player **and a **fast learner **;
- Show **facility **or **aptitude **to **work with different cultures **;
- Have **fluency **in **English **(written and spoken). Knowledge of German would be a plus.
