- Apoio jurídico e de compliance relativo à regulamentação de proteção de dados e direct marketing;
- Gestão de pedidos dos titulares dos dados pessoais e sensíveis;
- Relato e gestão de incidentes junto da CNPD e Data Privacy Officer do Grupo;
- Preparação de documentação para ações de formação e aweraness relativo à Proteção de Dados;
- Elaboração de dossier;
- Assegurar compliance;
- Apoio jurídico a outros departamentos da empresa (Recursos Humanos, Comercial, Apoio ao Cliente, etc.).

**Requisitos**:

- Licenciatura em Direito;
- Conhecimentos comprovados de RGPD;
- Conhecimentos avançados de inglês;
- Conhecimentos avançados de Word e Excel;
- Espírito crítico, dinâmico e responsável;
- Excelente capacidade de comunicação, interação e adaptação;
- Espírito de iniciativa e boa organização;
- Experiência profissional mínima entre 3 a 5 anos.
