Cisco Customer Experience (CX) Compliance upholds the value of Cisco’s intellectual property and Services, and protects our customers’ networks by delivering a world class license management and compliance practice.
The Compliance Specialist role is a position within our global CX Compliance team that drives Services Compliance with Cisco channel partners.
**What you will do**
Cisco’s CX Compliance is an experienced, close-knit team responsible for execution of CX Services Compliance engagements and audits.
In this role you will collaborate with multiple cross functional Cisco teams including Cisco Sales, Legal, Finance, Customer Experience, Customer Experience Product Management, and will engage and communicate daily at various levels of Cisco as well as Cisco partners from individual contributor to senior leadership level.

**Key responsibilities**
- You will continue to evolve Services Compliance program, lead Services Compliance initiatives and audit engagements in EMEA
- Identify and validate Services Compliance opportunities by partnering with key stakeholders, demonstrating understanding of compliance analytics and business knowledge to accelerate Compliance audits/ engagements
- Lead Services Compliance engagements and audits with Cisco channel partners, including report progress on compliance audits/ engagement to various stakeholders internally and externally
- Negotiate complex Services Compliance account scenarios to improve Services Compliance
- Deliver Services Compliance trainings for Cisco internal and external audience; maintain compliance collateral
- Represent Service Compliance at internal forums, meetings and other events
- Manage business rules and program controls associated with relevant compliance programs to ensure ongoing effectiveness
- Regularly communicate program status updates to stakeholders
- Develop/ maintain and strengthen relationship with key stakeholders
**Who You Are**
- You are a highly motivated, assertive person with strong interpersonal and communication skills with demonstrated ability to establish excellent working relationships with stakeholders
- You bring strong business knowledge of Services, Cisco partner landscape, and the ability to connect Industry knowledge with Compliance insights
- You thrive in a collaborative team environment and adapt to varying priorities
- You can convey complex concepts in a language appropriate to the target audience including an audience with no knowledge of compliance
**Qualifications**
- BA/BS degree or equivalent required with at least 8 years of experience in a large multi-national company with exposure to various aspects of the business. CFE or other professional certification will be a plus but is not a must
- Demonstrated 8+ years experience conducting or background in audit, internal investigations involving compliance, fraud, finance or similar
- Strong analytical skills to identify trends & patterns in data and interpret, synthesize, and communicate results
- Ability to engage and influence senior executives and key stakeholders
- Demonstrated Program Management experience
- Strong organizational and time-management skills, including the ability to manage multiple priorities and timelines
- Excellent written/verbal communication and presentation skills
- Team player with passion to share knowledge and information, respond quickly to urgent matters, implement with a “can-do” attitude, and thrive in a collaborative culture
