As a Data Protection and Privacy Manager, you'll join a global team of experts that is highly committed to enabling profitable business while ensuring compliance with data protection regulations in a global and challenging environment.

In your new role you will:

- **Advise employees and managers on data protection **questions and/or issues;
- Provide **project consulting services **to ensure privacy requirements are well understood and implemented;
- Record and **assess **personal data processing activities, IT assets, and vendors **;
- **Maintain and continuously improve **our privacy management **platform ‘OneTrust’ **;
- **Drive and support digitalization **projects and activities;
- Support the **global privacy training and awareness program **;
- **Review data processing agreements **with vendors and service providers;
- **Monitor compliance **with internal and external data protection regulations.

With your proactive approach, analytical mindset, and efficient communication skills, you have the ability to create innovative solutions and foster enduring partnerships. Furthermore, you possess a unique talent for maintaining a holistic perspective, even when faced with complex and challenging situations. Your technical expertise further enhances your understanding of stakeholders and enables you to provide professional and valuable advice to address their specific questions or issues.

You are best equipped for this task if you have:

- **Master or Bachelor's degree in Law, Business Administration, Business Informatics, Information Technology, **or a similar field;
- **At least 5 years of professional experience **, ideally in the field of **data protection **;
- Profound knowledge of relevant legislation, in particular of the **European GDPR **;
- Experience in working with **privacy management **platforms like ‘OneTrust’;
- A high degree of **self-initiative **and a **service-oriented **approach towards internal customers;
- Excellent **communication skills **and the **ability to build trusting relationships **with stakeholders at different levels;
- **Fluency in English**
