As Site Communication Specialist, you will be responsible for defining both short and long-term communication strategies for the Infineon Shared Service Center in Porto. By closely cooperating with internal and external partners, you will ensure the effective implementation of the communication strategy by implementing corporate guidelines and using the latest communication trends.
In your new role you will:
- Display and **communicate Infineon’s vision, mission and values **and ensure their proper implementation onsite via **site branding **;
- Manage **internal communication channels and develop content, **e.g. intranet, info screens, employee magazine, All-Hands Meetings;
- Organize and support site management with **internal and external events **;
- Be responsible for local **company forms **, **flyers, brochures **;
- Plan and monitor an **annual communication budget **;
- **Liaise with local top management **, **communication departments **at Headquarters as well as with **local HR Marketing **colleagues, e.g. for **employer branding activities.**
You have excellent communication skills, the ability to manage multiple tasks, are creative and can easily adapt in a fast-paced environment. Moreover, you know how to communicate messages in a clear and professional way. You work independently and are mission-focused and you enjoy connecting with other people, establishing lasting relationships and networks.
You are best equipped for this task if you have:
- A university degree in **Communications, Marketing, Journalism **or a related field;
- **3 to 5 years of work experience in communications **, preferably dealing with internal site communications in a multinational environment. External communication skills are a plus;
- Proficiency with MS Office tools, especially **Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint **;
- **Experience with content management systems **, e.g. for intranets or websites;
- Very good **writing and editing skills **;
- Excellent **communication skills **and a **collaborative mindset **;
- Fluency in **English **language, both spoken and written.
