**Product Management Specialist - New Power Pricing**
**Missão**
A equipa do New Power & Solar tem como principal missão ajudar os clientes na sua transição energética através de soluções de energia e solar personalizadas que lhes proporcionem uma experiência simples, abrangente e geradoras de valor.
É a equipa responsável pela construção dos produtos de Eletricidade e Solar, desde a sua ideação à formulação de preço, minimizando os riscos e cobrindo as especificidades dos nossos clientes. A equipa é composta por especialistas de preço, que conhecem e calculam toda a estrutura de preço nas suas diferentes modalidades, de forma a mitigar risco, e garantindo competitividade no mercado. Garantem uma relação estreita com as equipas comerciais de forma a dar suporte na construção de propostas, não só na sua execução como também na partilha de insights sobre o mercado. Conhecem e dominam a utilização de ferramentas do universo Galp, numa perspetiva de uso diário, como também numa lógica de melhoria continua.
**Responsabilidades**
- Elaborar as propostas de preço e restantes condições contratuais para o fornecimento de energia elétrica no mercado B2B, nos segmentos em que é necessário uma customização de preço ao perfil de consumo.
- Elaborar as propostas standard de preço e restantes condições contratuais para o fornecimento de energia elétrica no mercado B2B, nos segmentos em que não é necessário uma customização de preço ao perfil de consumo.
- Desenvolver e manter os modelos de pricing, afetos a todos os segmentos de clientes, no sentido de garantir as alterações verificadas na estrutura do mercado em cada momento.
- Assegurar a análise da competitividade das propostas da Galp face aos diferentes concorrentes.
- Proceder à reavaliação das condições contratuais dos Clientes, antes do processo de renovação por forma a garantir a sua manutenção na carteira da Galp.
- Propor a implementação de mecanismos de indexação do preço de venda ao mercado grossista, procedendo a análises comparativas de alternativas para indexantes e periodicidades, com o objetivo de assegurar a minimização do risco face ao custo de aquisição e garantir a integridade da margem definida pela Galp.
- Acompanhar e apoiar as equipas das Áreas Comerciais na negociação/renegociação de contratos de venda de eletricidade, garantindo as competências necessárias, à otimização e preservação da integridade da margem definida pela Galp.
- Acompanhar toda a regulamentação e legislação aplicável ao sector elétrico de modo a dar apoio às Áreas Comerciais da Galp, bem como às solicitações dos clientes de forma a garantir a sua satisfação.
- Participar na análise, teste e implementação de novas funcionalidades nos sistemas de pricing.
- Promover a implementação de novas metodologias de análise para agilizar o processo de tomada de decisão de pricing

- Conhecimento do sector Eletricidade em Portugal, em especial do segmento B2B
- Domínio das metodologias de cálculo de preço e outras variáveis de preço inerentes para o segmento B2B
- Dominio do Excel e outras ferramentas de suporte ao cálculo de preço e mitigação de risco
- Capacidade de criar e manter Dashboards em PowerBI
- Grande autonomia de trabalho e orientação para a entrega de resultados
- Capacidade de trabalhar em ambiente ágeis, que requerem capacidade de adaptação à mudança
