As a Product and Application Learning Operations Trainee, you will support global training productions while working in close collaboration with training development experts. You will cooperate with different teams, helping to leverage the quality and efficiency of the training material.

In your new role, you will:

- Support **global training planning **and **eLearning productions **;
- Create **market and competition analysis **as well as **reporting presentations **;
- **Maintain **and **optimize **the **training **catalog **and **communication **channels **;
- **Analyze training contents **to optimize them for customers;
- **Collaborate **with the **digital marketing team **to leverage training content for external target groups.

You have great communication skills and a structured and systematic working style. You demonstrate high-quality standards for your work and have good stakeholder management skills. Furthermore, you are a fast learner, eager to develop your knowledge and excel in an international environment.

You are best equipped for this role if you have:

- A **degree in Business Administration/Management, Marketing, Communication Sciences, **or a similar field;
- Some knowledge of **marketing/communication **or have an interest in these fields;
- **Fluency in English **(mandatory). Knowledge of German would be a plus.
