We have partnered with an innovative manufacturing firm who are leading the way in sustainable materials production. They are currently investing heavily in Supply Chain across the global business and seek a strong Procurement & Supply Chain Manager to build robust processes within Procurement, across Supply Chain, Logistics, Raw Materials and Business Services.

You will be leading complex projects within a business that’s growing rapidly and is famed for innovation, delivering transformative improvements across the global Supply Chain landscape. The business works with some of the most recognisable brands in the world and projects are typically executed at high speed, adapting to current materials and supply chain challenges faced by businesses globally. The entire business is built around sustainable manufacturing, so you will have the opportunity to lead the sustainability agenda within the Procurement & Supply Chain functions of the organisation.

**_ Key responsibilities: _**
- Design and implement processes & ensure delivery of Procurement strategy across the business.
- Manage a variety of innovative Supply Chain projects - developing a supplier network for logistics and distribution, raw materials, co-manufacturing and distribution
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and broader continuous improvement initiatives and lead on their execution

**_ Skills & attributes required:_**
- Strong supply chain management experience with exposure to procurement and strategic sourcing in previous roles
- A continuous improvement & process improvement mindset
- Must have a proactive mindset with a hands on attitude and ability to make things happen
- A considered, decisive approach to supply chain management, taking into account stakeholder and data requirements before executing supply chain projects.
