ONboarding People Solutions is currently recruiting Cyber Security - Senior Business Continuity, for a prestigious client that provides services in the IT area.
Specific tasks with regards to Resilience / BCM:
- Working on client assignments from day one with a supportive and highly competent team;
- Provide advice on, design and implement Resilience / BCM frameworks in line with local regulatory requirements and global best practices;
- Internal and external audits of BCM and Resilience Frameworks in different industries;
- Develop go-to-market material for client sessions;
- Engaging with our clients to support in our practice growth through business development activities, point-of-views and thought leadership;
- Demonstrate excellent project management skills, inspire teamwork and responsibility with engagement team members, and use current technology and tools to enhance the effectiveness of deliverables and services.
To qualify for the role you must have:
- A degree in a business or technology related area, ideally with interdisciplinary focus (e.g. interfaces between business and IT);
- Min. 3 years of experience in the field of Business Continuity Management (BCM) / Resilience;
- Hands-on experience in BCM related topics and BCM Lifecycle (e.g. Business Impact Analysis, Business Continuity Plan, BCM audits etc.);
- Strong interest in risk management methodologies;
- Fluency in English.
