**Position Summary**

For our Nestlé Business Services, we are currently looking for a Procurement Support Specialist. Reporting to Transactional Support Lead Specialist, this professional will be responsible for delivering an efficient activity of certain tasks that are key for the smoothness of the P2P process, the external compliance (invoice payment) and ensuring supply.

**A day in the life of...**
- Ensure the timely generation of Purchase Requests and follow-up of SIM orders (tooling orders, billing differences, obsolete, price adjustments) in adherence to the Procurement policies and standards and NBS SLAs;
- Workflow management of parked/blocked invoices for both S&IM and Raw & Pack;
- PS escalation of recurring problems with invoices;
- Ensure accuracy of procurement related transactional data;
- Ensure standard routines are updated for any potential legal or process changes;
- Participate in the monitoring of SLAs and KPIS and ensure appropriate actions/plans to correct deviations;
- Participate in action plans to correct deviations in services and process improvements;
- Participate in continuous Improvement programs and standardization of processes;
- Participate in KPIs trends (SLAs), root cause analysis of mistakes/errors and problem solving (by initiating a GSTD);
- Actively support NCE awareness, leverage and capture NCE potential through the usage of DORs/WORs/MORs/GSTD/FI;
- Supplier creation, extension and maintenance;
- Register suppliers: Request/fill out necessary documentation (direct/indirect PSL);
- Responsible for issue escalation to supervisor

**What will make you successful**
- University graduate or equivalent (Business, Finance, Procurement or Supply Chain - advantage);
- Proficient in Microsoft Office;
- Experience in Source to Pay process activities or in Master Data/Accounting Payroll activities;
- Experience in using SAP;
- Fluent in English and Spanish;
- Discipline, results focus and self motivation mindset.
