**What will I be doing?**

As Reservations Intern you will be responsible to deliver highest level of quality to our guests. Within this internship you will support the team with the following tasks:
- Responsible for the accurate processing of reservations
- Updating reservations via the CRS system
- Excellent knowledge and correct use of the various hotel rates
- Correct handling of reservations documents
- Adhere to the company credit policies and procedures
- Ensure quality checks on the current reservation system
- Maximize room sales and revenue for the hotel, prioritizing up-selling with a sales attitude.
- Keep guests’ information updated to maintain high level of guest service standards

**What are we looking for?**
We are currently looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Reservations Intern. This role will focus on the following skills and competences:

- Hospitable attitude and service-oriented
- Good communication skills
- Passion for the hospitality industry
- Fluent in English
- Looking for an internship of at least 6 months
