O Planeamento e Controlo de Gestão (PCG) atua no auxílio à tomada de decisão, desafiando, analisando e fornecendo informação fidedigna sobre o negócio e a sua envolvente competitiva. Adicionalmente, atuando como parceiro, procura uma visão analítica e prospetiva da evolução do negócio, contribuindo para a criação sustentada de valor económico-social e para a prossecução dos objetivos estratégicos definidos.
Para integrar a sua equipa de PCG, a **SC Fitness** (Solinca/Element) está à procura de um **Business Controller (M/F) **que terá as seguintes principais responsabilidades:
**Planeamento e Análise Financeira Estratégica**:assegurar alinhamento entre a estratégia, os objetivos gerais do negócio e o resultado.
- Apoiar a elaboração e coordenação do processo anual de Orçamento económico e financeiro.
- Suportar o processo de definição da estratégia do Grupo e na elaboração de todos os mapas financeiros inerentes ao processo.
- Apoiar a preparação e elaboração de Forecasts Económicos e Financeiros, através da monitorização de indicadores-chave de desempenho (KPIs).
- Análise de Investimentos e respetiva rentabilidade, incluindo elaboração de Business Plans para novas unidades / áreas de negócio / geografias.
**Relatórios Económico-Financeiros/Análise de Atividade**:deteção de desvios atempada e proposta de ações mitigadoras:
- Preparar relatórios mensais de atividade para a Equipa de Gestão e Conselho de Administração
- Elaborar análises ad-hoc e respetivas recomendações específicas para apoiar a tomada de decisões.
- Analisar variações em relação aos orçamentos e metas para entender causas e implicações
**Requisitos**:
- Formação em Economia, Gestão, Finanças ou similares
- 3 a 5 anos de experiência em funções similares
- Possuir um elevado espírito crítico, capacidade analítica, bem como ser capaz de gerir diferentes tarefas e fontes de informação ao mesmo tempo
- Capacidade de comunicação (oral e escrita)
- Capacidade de resolução de problemas complexos de forma simples e, trabalhando em equipa, de forma autónoma e independente
- Domínio das ferramentas Microsoft Office (especialmente o Excel e também o PowerPoint)
- Conhecimento de SAP (preferencial)
- Domínio do Inglês
