**Senior Consultant HR IT Architecture**

**Location: Anywhere / preferably Europe (Portugal/Romania/ Czech Republic / Poland)**

**A Snapshot of your day**

As part of a wider HR transformation program and the spin-off of Siemens Energy from Siemens, our company is in the process of standardizing and harmonizing its HR systems and services. We are looking for a Senior Consultant HR IT Architecture to join our global and diverse team and to play a pivotal role in our HR digital transformation.

This is an excellent opportunity working in a fast-paced environment with a business in the forefront of the Energy Transition.

**How you will make an impact**

Demonstrating drive and ownership for the transition and evolution of our global HR IT landscape ranging currently from global cloud-based solutions like Workday, Avature and Service Now down to small local apps
- Defining a lean, efficient and employee centric HR IT architecture fuelling our global HR process standardization
- Develop a transition / deployment roadmap for our entire technology stack and required governance structures
- Collaborate with technology partners and include industry best practices to architect technology solutions needed to drive alignment of business needs and lead discussions to arrive at mutually agreeable solution options and integrations.
- Practice continuous development of personal skills and knowledge to ensure our People Systems team is equipped to meet business demands and technological advancements / market trends

**What you Bring**

University degree in IT or similar
- Longstanding professional experience in defining IT architectures, preferably in the HR domain, HR IT consultancy background would be a plus
- Experience in leading multi-HR IT projects in parallel on time and on budget
- Collaborative style, happy to interact with many partners e.g., in HR Centers of Competence and HR Operations, IT department, Finance department, management,
- Thrives in a global environment, working flexibly where required
- Prepared to work in English language most of the time

In this role you will be working within the Human Resources function - People Systems and Services, a truly global and diverse team of specialists with an open mindset, responsible for guaranteeing operational performance and budget adherence of HR Systems & Services, ensuring, and maintaining fit-for-purpose HR systems and processes, safeguarding end-to-end delivery while promoting Siemens Energy digital transformation.
