**Your mission**:
This is a full-time, work from home role based in Portugal.
**About the role**
We are looking for a Training Manager to join the team.
As a Training Manager, you will play a pivotal role in developing and implementing effective training programs to enhance the skills, knowledge, and performance of our employees. You will be responsible for designing, coordinating, and evaluating training initiatives that align with our organization's goals and support our team members professional growth.
This is a permanent work from home role so the only commute you will need to worry about is getting to your home desk.
**What you'll be doing**
- **
Training Program Development**: Create comprehensive training programs that address the specific needs of different departments and roles within the organization.
- ** Curriculum Design**: Develop training materials, manuals, and resources, ensuring they are engaging, relevant, and up to date.
- ** Delivery and Facilitatio**n: Conduct training sessions, workshops, and seminars, either in-person or virtually, to effectively transfer knowledge and skills to employees.
- ** Needs Assessment**: Identify training needs through surveys, feedback, and performance evaluations, and adjust training plans accordingly.
- ** Learning Platforms**: Utilize various learning management systems (LMS) and e-learning tools to deliver training content efficiently.
- ** Evaluation and Feedback**: Implement evaluation mechanisms to measure the effectiveness of training programs and gather feedback from participants for continuous improvement.
- ** Compliance**:Ensure that training programs adhere to industry standards, regulatory requirements, and company policies.
- ** Professional Development**: Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in training and development to continually enhance the training curriculum.
- ** Reporting**: ability to deliver updates and progress reports to the management teams. Clearly demonstrating objectives, plans, achievements, progress, gaps, risks and issues
- ** Organisational Growth**: Ability to develop strategies to meet clients needs and work with teams to develop solutions for prospective clients.
**Your profile**:
- Proven experience in training and development, with a minimum of 4 years in a similar role. Experience in a training role within the BPO industry an advantage.
- Strong understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies.
- Experience and expertise in managing a remote training strategy
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Proficiency in using learning management systems (LMS) and e-learning tools.
- Exceptional organizational and project management abilities.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to assess training effectiveness.
- Adapt at fostering a positive learning culture within the organization.
