Support the development, implementation, continuous improvement, and administration of the Compliance training program efficiently in Europe, in line with the strategy set forth by the European Lead for Policies, Training and Communications and leveraging the resources provided by the Compliance Centers of Excellence (COEs).
Key responsibilities for this role include:
- Manage the development of new and enhanced compliance training concepts, methodologies, and content.
- Identifying compliance training needs, defining, and implementing strategies and processes to ensure an excellent learning experience, connecting, and liaising with Compliance Directors, Compliance Managers and Compliance Liaisons across Europe.
- Design, develop and update, on a yearly basis, Compliance training programs for various activities involving interactions with the Healthcare Community and conduct training of Viatris personnel on a wide variety of compliance topics.
- Provide sustainable training and continuous improvement support: aftercare for rollout countries in training content - set up of Q&As sessions and support forums.
- Revise and update existing training content.
- Work with social media and digital development teams advising on Compliance requirements.
- Provide ongoing specialized support to the Compliance team relating to topics such as:
- Applicable compliance policies, procedures, and related company policies
- Training strategies
- Digital Marketing & Social Media activities
- AI activities
- Stay apprised of legal and regulatory changes, trade association codes, and industry best practices regarding compliance, specifically regarding, Social Media and Digital Marketing Pharma sector activities.
- Develop periodic reports and metrics regarding the Compliance training activities conducted in the countries.
- Keep all documents related to the Compliance training program activities updated and archived within the department directory.
- Perform other Compliance related duties as assigned.
The minimum qualifications for this role are:
- Minimum of a bachelor’s degree or equivalent and at least 6 years’ experience in pharmaceutical compliance is required, although related governance, legal, finance or audit function experience will be considered. Graduate Degree in a related field (business management, technology, and operations services) is a plus. However, a combination of experience and education will be taken into consideration.
- Significant experience or expertise in compliance concerning for social media and digital activities in the Pharma sector is a must.
- Be proactive in bringing forth ideas to improve external and internal processes and standardization
- Great command of MS Office tools (PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Outlook, Teams);
- Must possess following skills: ethics; accuracy; planning and organization; result orientation;
- Great relationship and communication capabilities;
- Availability for occasional travel as needed.
- Master or certification in Compliance will be a plus.
