As an IT Helpdesk Technician, you’ll be required to provide fast and useful technical assistance on computer systems. Interact with minders by chat or in-person to resolve their computer problems related to software and hardware issues to help them get back up running smoothly again.

You must have good technical knowledge and be able to communicate effectively to understand the problem and explain its solution. You also need to be customer-oriented and patient to deal with difficult situations.

Alongside with the technician role you will be part of the Office Admin Team that focuses mainly on logistic tasks such as Facilities management, Purchases, keeping an Inventory of the Equipment, Booking Travels as well as driving and/or participating in Cultural, Learning and Social Community initiatives. All these activities will lead you to interact with everyone in the company (and outside Mindera), so you need to be fluent in Portuguese and English.
**Requirements**:
You are good at
- Being a Tech savvy person
- Proficiency in English
- Good communication skills and teamwork
- Preparing technical documents, such as error and maintenance reports
- Creating user documents and providing training on new computer systems
- Working with different Operating Systems (windows, linux, mac)
- Diagnosing and troubleshooting computer issues
- Identifying and resolving network, connectivity, and server issues
- Good understanding of computer systems, mobile devices and other tech products
- Ability to diagnose and resolve basic technical issues
- Setting up and installing new hardware and software systems
- Performing regular tests, upgrades, and backups
- Maintain an inventory of assets
