**JOB DESCRIPTION**

The new DSI organization within Generix Group has as main goals the definition, transformation and maintenance of backoffice IT tools, in order to guarantee that they are compliant with legal requirements and, mostly, to have a homogeneity in the internal solutions worldwide.

As Information Systems Technician, you will be involved in the implementation and continuous improvement of internal tools of the Group, and, mostly, responsible for the support to these activities.

**MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Manage level 1, 2 and 3 incidents, problems and changes;
- Ensure daily maintenance of Core Model Solution;
- Performing of updates in the interface;
- Update technical and functional documentation regarding internal procedures;
- Guarantee the supervision of current solutions and continuous improvement suggestions.

**EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS**
- Level 4/5 in Computer Science, Electronic or similar. Degree in Information Technology, Mathematics or similar will be a plus;
- At least 3-year-experience in a company with more than 500 employees;
- ITIL V3 Certification;
- Knowledge of Power BI or similar BI solutions;
- Knowledge of SQL;
- Previous experience namely with SAGE, CEGID;
- Good communication skills, autonomy and ability to synthesize;
- Advanced level in English. Fluency in French might be a plus.
