DESCRIÇÃO DE **Funções**:
A nova organização DSI na Generix tem como principal objetivo a definição, transformação e manutenção de ferramentas IT (backoffice), de forma a garantir que estão alinhados com os requisitos legais e, sobretudo, para criar uma homogeneidade nas soluções internas a nível global.
Como Information Systems Technician, estará envolvido(a) na implementação de melhorias contínuas das ferramentas internas do grupo e, sobretudo, responsável pelo suporte a estas atividades.
PRINCIPAIS RESPONSABILIDADES
- Gerir incidentes de nível 1, 2 e 3, bem como problemas e changes;
- Garantir a manutenção do Core Model Solution;
- Atualizar o interface;
- Atualizar documentação técnica e funcional dos procedimentos internos;
- Garantir a supervisão das soluções correntes e sugestões de melhoria contínua.
**Requisitos**:
- Formação Académica: Curso Superior em Ciências dos Computadores, Tecnologia da Informação, Matemática ou similiares seria uma mais valia;
- Pelo menos 3 anos de experiência numa empresa com mais de 500 colaboradores;
- Certificação ITIL V3;
- Conhecimentos de Power BI ou soluções BI semelhantes;
- Conhecimentos de SQL;
- Experiência prévia com SAGE, CEGID;
- Boa comunicação, autonomia e capacidade de síntese;
- Fluência em Inglês. Domínio da língua francesa é uma mais valia.
