Studio Rana is a creative studio based in Viana do Castelo. We specialize in creating appropriate and effective solutions through simple, clear, well-crafted graphic design. Our services range from concept and design to realization, and we offer a full creative service within branding, digital, and print design. Whether it's a small-scale or monumental project, local or global, start-up or established, our goal is to discover and maximize the ultimate potential of every project or brief.

This is a full-time Project Manager role at Studio Rana. As a Project Manager, your day-to-day tasks will involve overseeing and managing various projects from start to finish. You will be responsible for coordinating with clients, organizing timelines and resources, ensuring quality control, and delivering projects on time and within budget.

**Qualifications**
- Excellent communication skills (in English, both orally and in the writing, including moderating meetings);
- Knowledge of Agile techniques including Scrum, Kanban, User Story Writing, and Scaled Agile Framework;
- Ability to partner with key stakeholders to document and define product and experience strategies;
- Develop program framework that includes key components for planning, managing and governing projects;
- Ability to facilitate cross-functional, multi-team ceremonies, value stream mapping, and agile training;
- Deliver outstanding client service focused on solving the right problem in the right way;
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in project management, preferably in design, media, or marketing industry;
- Hybrid work.
