Wind Energy Project Manager with Commissioning Expertise

As Wind Energy Project Manager with Commissioning Expertise, you will play a crucial role in realizing wind energy projects across the globe and meeting tomorrow's energy technology challenges. Your engagement will contribute to shaping the future of renewable energies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and manage service teams in consultation with local Service coordinators until the wind farm is handed over to the customer;
  • Coordinate interfaces between service teams;
  • Work together with the project team to ensure smooth processes on site;
  • Support the CM within the project with all service team requirements;
  • Ensure fast and efficient removal of NCs by coordinating material deliveries and team allocations as part of commissioning and the 300h maintenance;
  • Determine causes of NCs;
  • Evaluate effort to rectify NCs during commissioning and the 300h maintenance;
  • Assist in clarifying technical non-conformities in accordance with PM processes;
  • Provide first-level support to clarify technical deviations in accordance with PM processes for the service teams on site.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor or master degree in engineering or similar;
  • At least 3 years' experience in team management and international environments;
  • Fluent in English, other languages as a plus (Spanish, Greek, Italian...);
  • Advanced knowledge of MS Office tools, SAP, SCADA as a plus;
  • Team player with excellent communication skills;
  • Strategic and analytical mindset;
  • Critical thinking and problem-solving abilities;
  • Availability to travel.
