We are moving forward and innovating with the implementation of the ONE TMS programme in Portugal, with the aim of operating a single IT tool across our Global network, supported by a robust and integrated process.

**What you’ll do as a T.M.S. KEY USER (AIR)**
- Be an essential part of the One TMS deployment;
- Participate actively in trainings, meetings and system tests so you will become an expert user on ONE TMS;
- Be the go-to person to your colleagues, relying on your knowledge and experience to support technical requirements;
- Build competence with the new TMS, by providing your team assertive training and support, to facilitate implementation;
- Serve as primary contact to your team members for any issues and troubleshooting regarding ONE TMS;
- Analyze the information to find potential areas for improvement and suggest ways to refine the process for maximum optimization;
- Leverage your expertise and thorough understanding of the team’s needs to act as a voice for the people who will ultimately use the new ONE TMS;
- Optimize the use of TMS and document the process of implementation.

**Must have**
- Academic qualifications at secondary school level (minimum);
- Fluency in spoken and written English (mandatory);
- 2 years of experience in the transport and logistics sector, especially in air cargo (mandatory);
- Excellent communication skills;
- Ease of argumentation and negotiation;
- Tech savviness and openness to change;
- Positive attitude and resilience;
- Time management skills;
- Good team spirit.
