The company where you will be working
We are currently looking for an Onsite Helpdesk consultant. You will be providing assistance to one of our partners in Cascais

Your Tasks
Provide support to the devices and platforms.
Manage ticketing systems with software and hardware providers
Defining improvements for the procedures you’re working on
Implement Continuous Integration and Continuous Delivery practices
Sharing knowledge with your colleagues
Actively participating in improving our way of working

What you'll need to succeed
Fluent in English and Portuguese
Availability to work in shifts
Previous IT Helpdesk experience
