A evolução do setor de Social Media e de uma comunidade online muito ativa e exigente, em paralelo com o crescimento da hôma e o investimento na presença nas redes sociais são o motivo de estarmos a fazer crescer a nossa equipa de Social Media. Procuramos assim um **Community Manager** para se juntar a nós neste caminho, que reportará diretamente ao **Head of Social Media**.

**Missão**: Gerir a comunidade digital da hôma e executar o planeamento dos seus diversos canais de Social Media.

**As tuas responsabilidades estarão centradas em 3 grandes pilares**
- **Consumer Experience** - relação com a comunidade nos diversos canais (Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest e Youtube), dando resposta às suas demandas, fazendo uma monitorização diária e uma prevenção através de Social Listening;
- **Implementação do Plano Estratégico** - agendamento e monitorização de conteúdo publicado nas diversas plataformas (posts, stories, reels, shorts, pins e outras iniciativas da marca);
- **Contacto com parceiros externos** - responsável pela primeira resposta às solicitações de colaboração por parte de influenciadores, bloggers e outros parceiros, com enfoque na organização e reporte dessa informação ao Head of Social Media.

**O que vamos valorizar no teu perfil**
- Formação académica nas áreas de Marketing, Ciências da Comunicação, Relações Públicas ou similar;
- Experiência na função de pelo menos 1 ano, preferencialmente no setor do retalho;
- Fundamentos de Marketing Digital e SMM;
- Noções de web copywriting;
- Noções de SEO e SEM;
- Noções em community management;
- Experiência prévia com plataformas de gestão de redes sociais (valorizado);
- Fluência no inglês e conhecimentos de francês (valorizado).
