- Manage Cisco VC systems, Teams Rooms and Pexip interoperability solution;
- Monitor and guarantee the availability and quality of services and solutions;
- Demonstrate proactivity in detecting, mitigating and structurally resolving problems in communication solutions (VC Cisco, Teams and Pexip);
- You will be the ultimate leader of the customer support and satisfaction process, liaising as a team with the internal customer support areas (field teams);
- Responsible for supporting events through Teams;
- Responsible for C-Level/VIP support.
- Degree in Computer Engineering or equivalent experience;
- Mandatory experience with VC Cisco and Teams;
- Strong leadership skills;
- Strong teamwork skills;
- Proactivity and effective communication abilities;
- Ability to adapt and adhere to Agile processes;
- Hybrid work arrangement in Porto;
- Fluency in English.
