We are looking for a Recruiter (M/F)_Porto
Main Tasks & Responsibilities:
- Providing the best talents by successfully using Outbound / Inbound recruitment;
- Keeping track of the recruitment market development;
- Representing the team in internal and external recruitment events;
- Improving the recruitment process and its metrics.
Main Requirements:
- Degree in Management, HR or Social Sciences;
- Experience of minimum two years in Recruitment;
- Track record of delivering in a fast-paced growth environment;
Other Requirements:
- Good level of English - minimum B2 (mandatory);
- Knowledge of French would be highly valued;
- Willingness to learn and evolve;
- Good communication skills;
- Ability to work in a multicultural team.
Availability for a temporary project.
