**O teu dia-a-dia na SAMSIC**
Enquanto LOGISTICS SPECIALIST irás integrar a equipa de uma das Direções Regionais de Lisboa, onde terás um papel desafiante no apoio ao funcionamento dos processos de logística e gestão de armazém.
**Nesta função terás como principais responsabilidades**:
- Assegurar tarefas administrativas relacionadas com a gestão de stocks de produtos e equipamentos em armazém, bem como com a contagem mensal dos mesmos;
- Organizar e controlar as atividades relacionadas com a gestão diária da relação com fornecedores;
- Realizar e controlar processos de encomenda a fornecedores, assegurando o tratamento e resolução de incidências relacionadas com os mesmos;
- Registar no Software respetivo, todas as entradas e saídas de material, emitindo as guias de transporte para cada um dos serviços da Empresa;
- Assegurar o controlo e registo de material, máquinas e equipamentos, e gerir as situações de avaria relacionadas com os mesmos de acordo com os procedimentos e práticas definidas;
- Contribuir com ideias para melhorar continuamente o desempenho da Direção corresponde e da SAMSIC em geral.
**Tens o perfil que procuramos?**
- Ensino secundário completo e formação específica em áreas relacionadas;
- Experiência ao nível da gestão da relação com fornecedores e clientes;
- Excelentes competências ao nível da comunicação e do trabalho em equipa;
- Sentido de responsabilidade, organização e método de trabalho;
- Domínio das ferramentas MS Office, em particular do Excel;
- Disponibilidade para contrato de substituição de lincença de maternidade, termo incerto.
