**Job Description** Your contribution to something big**:
- General Planning of capacity and investments;
- Investments planning and follow-up in MFE;
- Capacity planning, simulation, verification, and report;
- Plant Long term-planning (Area, Investments, HC...), and follow-up;
- SAP: Define and implementation of process; Responsible for Data and the results management;
- Projects and Identification of new tools from Industry. 4.0 development and implementation;
- Train and guide colleagues in the process.
**Qualifications** What distinguishes you**:
- Industrial Engineering or equivalent;
- Work experience: more than 2 years;
- Familiarity with forecasting methods and data analysis;
- Excellent numeracy skills with an attention to detail;
- Proficient in MS Office and ERP software;
- Outstanding communication ability;
- Strong decision-making skills and a results-driven approach;
- Excellent organizational and leaderships skills;
- Very good English proficiency.
