**Company Description**:
The CTO Quality team is responsible for our quality strategy and processes across the CTO organization. Defining a standard approach to quality assurance, our test automation strategy, quality gates and selected tools.

As part of the Quality team, you will be working closely with engineering teams across the product portfolio as well as with other team members. Ensuring that quality is an integral part of the projects, processes, and products in the CTO organization.

You will be responsible for planning, coordination and execution of onboarding and alignment activities to ensure a standard and consistent approach to quality assurance across the product portfolio. As Quality Process Advisor you will plan and implement quality processes and improvements based on best practices and an understanding of current strengths and weaknesses in our products.

This role will be given the tasks of improving our best practices together with other members of the CTO Quality team. Running selected awareness and training sessions as well as mentoring of Quality Managers.

You will overlook and monitor processes across products and teams to ensure that our quality process and standards are being followed. You will represent Quality towards people across the Unit4 product portfolio with different roles and levels in the organization.

**Responsibilities**:

- Plan and implementation of our global quality processes across the product portfolio
- Define, implement, and improve best practices
- Train and coach Quality Managers in our quality practices
- Implement and monitor adherence to our quality standards
- Promote quality and create awareness of the role across products and location
- Represent Quality at different levels in the organization

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in IT, business, management or similar
- 4+ years’ experience in quality assurance, software development or product
- Good level of knowledge and understanding of quality assurance processes
- Experience from being a mentor or coach
- You are passionate about quality and process improvements
- Ability to communicate successfully on different levels in the organization
- Solution oriented, structured, and able to work independently with the ability to drive results
- Proactive mindset, with attention to detail but also the ability to maintain a holistic viewpoint and contribute on a strategic level.
- Drive results through personal influence and leadership qualities
- Fluent in English, both written and verbal
- Certification at ISTQB Foundation level or similar
- Experience in working according to the Scrum Agile Methodology
