**Master Data Coordinator - English Fluent (M/F/d)**:
The Global Operational Services (GOPS) is a global unit within Essity, operating in over 43 countries. GOPS delivers sustainable business value through Global Business Services (GBS), Essity IT, and Global Sourcing. GBS provides operational services such as Financial Services, Customer Administration, Sourcing Administration, HR Services, Master Data, IT support, and Facility Management.

**About the Role**

As a Master Data Coordinator, you will be responsible for:

- Utilize SAP system to create, maintain and delete master data accurately and in a timely manner
- Perform data validation to ensure data quality
- Work within the ticketing system, solving issues and adhering to Service Level Agreements (SLAs)
- Coordinate with relevant departments and business functions to ensure accurate data collection and processing
- Communicate changes to relevant stakeholders
- Document business processes for related master data and ensure processes are followed accordingly
- Participate in and/or provide input to relevant networks to improve the master data process and support agreed activities
- Support others with master data expertise by providing master data process trainings
- Provide data to support related analysis

**Who You Are**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Logistics or system profile (or equivalent experience).
- 2-3 years minimum experience in information systems, supply chain and customer service.
- SAP experience preferred.
Good knowledge in Microsoft Office tools, specifically in Excel.
- Knowledge of Master Data Management is a plus.
- Fluent in English - verbal and written.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and the ability to talk to all levels of the organization.
- Strong team player, work collaboratively and support colleagues.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced and rapidly changing operational environment.
- Ability to manage time effectively and meet project deadlines.
- Deliver with quality and speed, foster learning agility in self and others, trust and empower.
