**Customer Success Specialist**
Bottlebooks is an innovative start-up in the wine, beer and spirits business. We’re looking for an inspired and motivated person to be part of our Customer Success Team. In this position, you will work on our leading cloud-based information exchange platform.
We are a small, hard-working, fast-moving and flexible startup team.
**At Bottlebooks, you will**
- be a core member of our team
- work closely with our CEO and all members of the Bottlebooks team
- communicate directly with customer inquiries and requests
- develop training and help for customers
- assist customers manage their product workflow
- become an expert with regards to our product
- be the voice of our customer to our design and development team
**You will be a great fit, if you**
- like analyzing complex data and love Excel
- like tracking and measuring progress
- need to drive tasks and projects to conclusion
- enjoy working with clients around the world
- are organized with your work
- like to work with and support others
- are flexible, finding a fast moving team exciting
**Core skills you need to have**
- experience in Support, Customer Success or similar job
- ability to use quickly use Excel/Google Sheets
- excellent communication skills in English (C1) and at least another language (Spanish, Italian, German, French are a plus)
- a history of managing and completing task and projects
**Nice to have skills**
- knowledge of software development, or experience in a software company
- experience developing or conducting trainings
- fluency in other languages
- knowledge of the wine world
