**How Can you Help?**

**As a Quality Specialist your key responsibilities will include**:

- Quickly and agilely operate back-office tools (computer programs) that support Sensei's Engineering services and teams
- Collaborate directly with the Engineering and Product team to help evolve back-office tools
- Clearly communicate new features and improvements to optimize these tools
- Be responsible for maintaining the quality of work performed
- Deeply understand the mechanisms and contours of the tasks performed, being able to make decisions, autonomously, in more complicated cases.

**To thrive in this role, you must have**:

- Good computer skills from the user's perspective (e.g., Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
- Ability t operate quickly and agile computer programs
- Basic knowledge of English
- High attention to details
- Sense of responsibility
- Autonomy and proactivity
