**About your Team**
You will work with a team of 10 people who will help you with your task. Team work is essential in this team. Our mission is to provide excellent customer support to our clients.
Most of us are remote, but you will have constant contact with all the team through daily meetings and slack.
**How Can you Help?**
- Improving the quality of customer support;
- Help, together with the team, to improve our procedures;
- Identify possibilities for improvement in the team's internal processes;
- Helping to develop our solution, working together with the other Sensei teams.
**Daily at Sensei, you will**:
- Work with the team to ensure that all the quality standards are met;
- Collaborate directly with the Engineering and Product team to help evolve back-office tools;
- Clearly communicate new features and improvements to optimize these tools
- Deeply understand the mechanisms and contours of the tasks performed, being able to make decisions, autonomously, in more complicated cases.
- Be responsible for maintaining the quality of work performed.
