**Responsibilities**:

- Manage and Track the software delivery process for the Viator Engineering team. This is a portfolio level role requiring oversight across multiple engineering teams spanning both insourced and outsourced teams
- Design and implement metrics to track the delivery of high-quality software that meets the needs of stakeholders
- Manage the delivery team, ensuring the efficient allocation of resources and adherence to delivery timelines and budgets
- Continuously improve the delivery processes to optimize efficiency and quality
- Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful delivery of projects
- Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels of the organization to ensure alignment and successful delivery of projects
- Develop and maintain project plans, budgets, and resource plans, ensuring alignment with overall company goals and objectives
- At a portfolio level, identify risks and issues, and proactively address them to minimize project impact

**Requirements**:

- At least 4 years of experience in software delivery
- Strong leadership and people management skills, with the ability to lead and motivate teams to deliver high-quality results
- Strong understanding of software development methodologies specifically understanding of Agile best practices
- Experience in project management tools and techniques, with a strong ability to develop and maintain project plans, budgets, and resource plans
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to proactively identify and address risks and issues
- Ability to adapt quickly to changes in a fast-paced environment, with a focus on delivering results and meeting deadlines
