What you need:
- Fluent level of written and verbal communication skills in Turkish;
- Good level of written and verbal communication skills in English (minimum B2);
- Customer oriented with strong decision-making skills as a Customer & Technical Support;
- Excellent communication and good argumentation skills;
- Ability to solve technical issues creatively;
- Ability to build and maintain positive relationships with customers;
- Basic knowledge of Windows and MS Office.
**What you'll do**
- Working as a Customer Support, you’ll have to be a relentless advocate for the customers and their issues;
- Ensure customer satisfaction, presenting creative solutions to their issues;
- Make an effort to regained customer’s confidence in the brand;
- Provide recommendations to engage with customer’s needs;
- Have a central role within the internal organization.
