**Optylon Krea** is our real estate development and investment management firm. With two decades of industry leadership, we have managed assets worth €1.8 billion representing over 1 million square meters across Portugal and Turkey. **Ando Living** is our premium serviced-residences brand, the emerging powerhouse in hospitality. Being guest-centric, we deliver unparalleled living experiences to our international guests. With 10 buildings in Portugal and Turkey and more under construction, we are expanding our unique European hospitality network to the most vibrant cities like Madrid, Paris, and London.

We have managed over 150,000 bookings, welcomed 400,000 guests, and generated more than €40m in revenues for our property owners. Currently operating 1,200 apartments, we are on track to amplify our portfolio to 5,000 apartments across EMEA in the coming years.

**LovelyStay,** the hospitality arm of OptylonKrea, is a market-leading tech-oriented short-term rental property manager. We have built an innovative and unique digital platform and algorithm, enabling us to deliver the most time & cost-effective, and pleasant experience to both our property owners and guests. We, at LovelyStay, are focused on offering a friendly and quality lodging service to our beloved guests.

**Responsibilities**:

- To ensure company-set standards across the managed project;
- To facilitate communication with different suppliers, partners and envolved teams such as Backoffice, Maintenance, etc.;
- To oversee the housekeeping team, verify and assert performance and quality;
- To oversee and optimize general guest communication (online, offline);
- To ensure surgical, and VIP, guest relations communication;
- To ensure responsive solutions to inhouse guests with difficulties;
- To verify and assert the good condition of the units managed by the company;
- Support in the preparation of periodic improvement reports for the properties managed by the company;
- Report directly to, and assist in the day to day tasks of the Property Care Manager.

**What we are looking for**:

- Hospitality and Tourism background (academical or professional)
- English fluency (others will be a plus)
- Soft Skills: client oriented multitasking, capacity to work with stress situations, autonomous, proactive, detailed and flexible
