**A PPM Coachers está a recrutar para a função de Project Assistant**

**A tua missão**:

- Gerir múltiplos projetos com diferentes prioridades em simultâneo;
- Ser Single Point Of Contact para os projetos, nomeadamente na capacidade de follow-up, assim como acompanhamento e ajuste de pendentes;
- Realizar o controlo supervisão e reporting, para o progresso de projetos;
- Fornecer atualizações regulares de alta qualidade aos stakeholders, garantindo que as entregas sejam apresentadas e que as priorizações de funcionalidades futuras sejam bem compreendidas;
- Contribuir na definição de requisitos de backlog de acordo com uma “definiton-of-ready";
- Estabelecer relações com os outros departamentos;
- Contribuir na criação Roadmaps estratégicos;
- Fazer recomendações claras e bem pensadas;
- Produzir atualizações regulares sobre o progresso dos projetos, atas de reuniões, desempenho de KPI e comunicações para reuniões internas;
- Trabalhar em estreita colaboração com os stakeholders.

**Requirements**:
**O que procuramos**:

- Licenciatura em Ciências ou Tecnologia;
- Experiência profissional mínima de 5 anos em Gestão de Projetos Scrum, Product Owner ou Analista de Negócios em metodologias Ágil de desenvolvimento de software.
- Conhecimento profundo da abordagem Agile para Gestão de Projetos (concretamente na metodologia SCRUM), com experiência comprovada em projetos Agile;
- Experiência em cerimónias Scrum para garantir a entrega bem-sucedida de funcionalidades das iniciativas;
- Experiência no processo de desenvolvimento de software numa cultura DevOps CI/CD;
- Boas habilidades de comunicação, interpessoais e de influência, capaz de comunicar a estratégia à equipa, entender o feedback e análises do utilizador e se envolver positivamente com os vários stakeholders.
