**As a Field Marketing Junior, what are you going to do?**
- Coordinate logistics for events, including booth setup, teardown, and shipping of marketing materials;
- Collaborate with the Field Marketing Coordinator to align field marketing activities with overall marketing strategies and goals;
- Draft engaging press releases and corporate communications materials to promote Vision-Box events and other achievements;
- Support field marketing initiatives coordination, including managing event schedules, logistics, and vendor relationships;
- Maintain inventory of marketing materials and supplies for events, ensuring availability and readiness;
- Coordinate pre and post-event communications with attendees and stakeholders to maximize engagement and impact;
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information as outlined in contractual agreements;
- Assist in managing corporate communications tasks, such as award submissions, press release drafting, and news updates;
- Support the management of memberships and partnerships to enhance brand visibility and industry presence.
**What are the skills and professional experience we’re expecting from you?**
- Degree: “Marketing”, “Communications” “Marketing Management” or similar;
- 2 years of experience in a similar role;
- Proficiency in Portuguese and English, both spoken and written;
- Proactivity: Demonstrated ability to take initiative and drive projects forward independently;
- Adaptability: Capacity to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and quickly pivot to meet changing priorities;
- Team Spirit: Strong collaborative mindset and willingness to work effectively with cross-functional teams to achieve common goals;
- Communication: The ability to communicate effectively with internal teams, external vendors, and stakeholders is essential for coordinating logistics, drafting press releases, and maintaining brand consistency;
- Problem-Solving: Address challenges related to logistics, communications, and stakeholder management effectively with a solutions-oriented mindset;
- Time Management: Effective time management skills are necessary for balancing multiple tasks, meeting deadlines, and maximizing productivity in a fast-paced industry.
