**QUAL O DESAFIO?**

Reforçar a equipa do Center For Transformation, área de inovação da Fidelidade, que, entre outras responsabilidades tem a missão de desenvolver Ventures Internas, analisar oportunidades de Venture Capital e de identificar e promover oportunidades de colaboração entre startups e as unidades de negócio da Fidelidade. Serás desafiado/a a:

- Realizar screening de startups e a analisar tendências de mercado e modelos de negócio;
- Contribuir para a análise de oportunidades de investimento em startups e em fundos de VC;
- Realizar pesquisas de mercado e análise de dados (e.g., dimensão do mercado, segmentação de targets, dinâmica competitiva, avaliação de ecossistemas);
- Apoiar na definição de fundamentos, estratégica de go-to-market, detalhe de modelos de negócios, target operating models e análises financeiras associados às Ventures da Fidelidade;
- Apoiar no screening de potenciais parceiros, através da análise de modelos de negócio, priorização e estruturação de caminhos estratégicos a seguir;
- Suportar a equipa nas interações com diferentes stakeholders internos e externos (LoBs, startups, VCs, e etc.);
- Estruturar e entregar segmentos de apresentações e documentos a serem desenvolvidos de forma estruturada e objetiva, impactante e visual;
- Apoiar em todas as atividades de suporte à gestão do departamento, quer seja no reporting interno de KPIs e relatório de performance das iniciativas em curso, mas também no controlo e monitorização de indicadores chave e orçamento.

**SE ÉS ALGUÉM QUE TEM**
- Background académico nas áreas de gestão, economia, finanças ou engenharia;
- Interesse em temáticas relacionadas com tecnologia e inovação;
- Um perfil quantitativo e conhecimentos financeiros;
- Interesse em aborda os problemas com curiosidade e um pensamento crítico sobre os resultados;
- Interpreta informações complexas para identificar padrões, tendências e insights relevantes;
- A proatividade de realizar um planeamento autónomo do trabalho que é necessário ser realizado, que estabelece metas claras de trabalho de forma sistemática e orientada para as atingir;
- Está atento/a ao detalhe e identifica oportunidades de melhoria em tudo o que realiza;
- Sólidos conhecimentos de trabalho em Excel e PowerPoint;
- Fluência em inglês;
- Disponibilidade para 12 meses de estágio.
