**Position Overview**:
We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Advertising Sales Representative to join our team, focusing on the Hebrew market. In this role, you will be responsible for contacting new and existing clients, including agencies and advertisers, to identify sales opportunities and provide tailored solutions that align with their business goals. You will manage a portfolio of small business clients, helping them grow their revenue through effective use of the client's advertising solutions.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Consultative Sales**: Demonstrate a commitment to consultative sales by understanding client objectives and offering solutions that align with their goals.
- **Portfolio Management**: Manage a book of business for small business clients, prioritizing outreach plans based on client needs to grow revenue.
- **Market Research**: Conduct research to understand various verticals, markets, and client business models, tailoring your approach to the nuances of the local market.
- **Sales Strategy**: Identify and capitalize on sales opportunities, providing clients with tailored solutions that meet their goals and drive product adoption.
- **Client Engagement**: Proactively and reactively engage with clients to assess product performance, provide insights, and improve their experience.
- **Product Expertise**: Develop an expert understanding of the client's advertising solutions, including measurement tools, to enhance client performance and satisfaction.
- **Trend Analysis**: Identify trends, solve problems, and provide vital product insights and feedback to improve the client's advertising offerings.
- **Success Stories**: Champion and produce success stories for advertisers who have successfully grown their business using the client's products.
- **Team Collaboration**: Work closely with a team of top-class sales professionals, sharing knowledge and contributing to a dynamic, team-focused environment.

**Qualifications**:

- **Language Skills**: Fluency in Hebrew and proficiency in English.
- **Sales Experience**: Proven experience in consultative sales, preferably within the digital advertising or technology sectors.
- **Client Service**: Exceptional client service skills with a passion for helping clients achieve results.
- **Market Knowledge**: Deep understanding of the Hebrew market and local business nuances.
- **Product Knowledge**: Ability to quickly become an expert in client's advertising solutions and leverage this knowledge to drive client success.
- **Problem-Solving**: Strong analytical skills to identify trends, solve problems, and provide actionable insights.
- **Adaptability**: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with a willingness to experiment and continuously learn.
