We identify, recruit and provide industry experts for our clients to conduct insightful 1-hour phone conversations which impact their projects - Our project life cycles range from 2 days to 30 days. We are agile and strive to match the best experts that meet our clients’ requirements.

Headquartered in Paris, Xperts Council has set up its Operational Centre in Porto, where our multi-national team of consultants is now based.

**RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Understand the clients’ needs and conduct research to find the perfect expert.
- Negotiate and onboard experts to work with our clients while adhering to our strict compliance standards.
- Deliver excellent client service by being a fast, responsive, thoughtful and proactive research partner
- Project Management from end-to-end, either by working individually or, as you progress, leading a team of researchers

As you progress over time, your responsibilities will evolve to create relationships with our clients from top-tier consulting companies, funds and corporates, up to managing some of our prestigious client accounts.

You will also be quickly entrusted with cross-functional missions such as the training and coaching of new employees, projects alongside our HQ, new product launches, commercial initiatives, etc.

**WHO WE LOOK FOR**:

- An undergraduate degree and/or master in business, management or languages from a top-tier university
- 0 to 5 years of experience
- Eligibility to work in the EU
- An advanced level of English (C1 minimum) and a second language
- Excellent communication skills with proven ability to build strong relationships
- Unlimited curiosity for the economic world
- Multi-tasking, organisation, tenacity, and creative thinking
- Problem solving and the ability to see the bigger picture
