**About the job**

The Department is providing its services for any impacted trade involving Trading and/or Clients, providing a transversal understanding of the asset servicing & Tax world, on a huge range of financial products, in a definitely growing business. The Specialist position is a strategic problem-solver and process facilitator and has the mission to leverage on its operational expertise and transversal knowledge to ensure Compliance, identify opportunities, streamline processes, improve efficiency and support change.

**Your Main Activities Are**

Ensure the Operational Expertise is maintained, and any change/evolution (product, industry or structure) is closely followed.

Contribute to the increase of teams’ expertise globally, by coordinating new comers trainings & any transfers of new activities, tasks or controls. Guide and support members when facing more complex issues that require in-depth analysis.

Collaborate & Support the operational managers (Local and/or Global) in identifying and implementing new processes and/or process improvements - process mapping, project management support, IT developments, UAT testing, Processes automation/enhancement, Controls set ups, Procedures creations and updates, in conjunction with Global Head, global teams and SMEs in other regions.

Be a Point of Contact for internal/external stakeholders for any strategic initiatives - change management, transversal project, internal audit, regulatory queries. Ensure smooth communication between Ops/PM/Management.

Have a decision-making approach on critical and complex issues requiring higher-level analysis or experience, supporting the team and the management.

Support the production monitoring and transversal activities, by identifying, designing, and deploying missing KPIs/KRIs, and making relevant follow up with Finance for Provisions exercises.

Identify & analyse any (potential) incidents having an impact on the overall process and contribute to the definition of action plans, supporting global implementation.

**Profile and Skills to Success**

Bachelor’s Degree in Economics, Finance and Accounting

Banking and Financial Operations (3 - 4 years)

MS Office Pack Microsoft Excel (Expert)

Methodologies Lean (Proficient)

LI-Hybrid
