A **EDP Comercial**, empresa do Grupo EDP, que tem como missão a prestação de serviços comerciais partilhados a utilities, assegurando a maximização de sinergias, de forma a potenciar o crescimento do negócio dos seus clientes, pretende recrutar para a **Direção Digital Comercial**.

**Descritivo de funções**:

- Analisar, definir e priorizar as necessidades de negócio dos diferentes stake-holders, sendo responsável pela implementação do roadmap digital de produto dos processos a que ficará responsável;
- Escrever, desenhar e detalhar requisitos funcionais e user stories, efetuando análises de "fit-gap" e ou benchmark sempre que necessário;
- Efetuar configurações nas plataformas digitais do produto (web, mobile, messaging), desenho de fluxos de interação, testes e publicação de alterações.
- Elaborar e acompanhar o budget de produto;
- Compreender os aspetos funcionais de um projeto (fundamentação, benefícios, arquitetura, âmbito), fazendo as perguntas relevantes e desafiadoras quando apropriado;
- Divulgar e comunicar de forma transparente todas as informações que sejam requeridas pelos stakeholders;
- Interagir com especialistas na vertente do negócio sendo necessário sentir-se confortável na aquisição e utilização de linguagem relativa ao respetivo negócio de forma a poder transmitir conceitos e recomendações;
- Desenvolver e implementar métricas para o acompanhamento e avaliação da execução do roadmap do produto digital edp solar;
- Gerir a squad de desenvolvimento de produto, assegurando o Delivery a cada sprint de desenvolvimento;

**Que tipo de perfil procuramos?**
- Licenciatura ou Mestrado em Engenharia Informática (preferencial), Gestão, Economia, Engenharia ou outra desde que possua experiência relevante para a função;
- Experiência profissional mínima de 1 ano como Product Owner ou Business Analyst;
- Experiência em metodologia agile, sendo valorizado conhecimento e/ou experiência em tecnologias Mobile;
- Experiência profissional com Jira e Confluence;
- Valoriza-se experiência em agências digitais e de comunicação, áreas de cliente/selfcare digital, metodologias de design thinking e gestão de vários projetos em simultâneo;
- Domínio das ferramentas do Office (Excel, Powerpoint, Word, Access), Microsoft Project e ferramentas colaborativas (por exemplo Jira);
- Domínio do Inglês (falado e escrito), valorizando-se conhecimentos de Espanhol;
- Elevado nível de autonomia e responsabilidade;
