We at pH7 have created Europe’s first legal full-service home delivery Cannabis Application.

From inside the pH7 platform: speak to a doctor, receive your medicinal prescription and have a local pharmacist deliver your Medicinal Legal Cannabis to your home in under 20 minutes.

We have received our Seed capital investment (valuing the project at 2M€) and we have locked in our Series A round to raise 850K€ circa June of 2023.

We are looking to hire a Chief Customer Service Officer (CCSO), who can also be a generalist to cover the entire growth of our project. Somebody willing to work in teams and individually to take on any role we need as we expand aggressively. We are looking for a person with deep humility that can at first work in a general assistant role and then grow into a position of more responsibility as we develop and grow a customer service department and experience.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Assist in community development
- Direct client engagement
- Assist in company operation
- Act as a general secretary of the company
- Act as a general assistant to other departments
- Archive and build world-class customer service experience

We will be offering a trial period of three months on a reduced salary to the person that successfully passes our interview process. We want people who are interested in the work and not just the salary.
