about the roleTitle: Solution Architect and CRM
Location: Porto (Remote)

**Salary**: £95,000
Industry: Facilities- KEY REQUIREMENTS- A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent, a Master's degree in information management or equivalent degree and/or experience. You have at least 5 years of successful experience working in a global IT architecture role and 10+ years professional IT experience in a major, global organization.
- Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement Certification. Experience in cloud technologies, especially Microsoft Azure
- Experience which includes estimating, scoping, and writing effective statements of work that clearly set expectations and limit risk.
- Demonstrated excellence at presenting complex development topics to both business executive and technical personnel.
- An ability to articulate architectural differences between solution methods and the challenges and approaches to integrating solutions built on different platforms including a working knowledge of different architectural frameworks.
- Desirable technical experience includes hands-on expertise in several of the following
- Good business management knowledge with strong consulting, negotiation and influencing skills.
- Strong communication skills. Advanced English reading, writing, speaking and listening skills
- Strong analytical skills and a strategic, international and goal-oriented mindset.- KEY Responsibilities- Provide functional expertise and conceptualize prototype concepts and logical architecture.
- Conceptualize and develop a platform roadmap and architecture to meet the business needs of IWG
- Collaborate with the Software Development team to design and lead the system architecture processes.
- Provide work estimates that permit prioritization and assignments to be made.
- Act as a mentor to junior colleagues by educating them on technical and non-technical concepts and sharing best practices.
- Demonstrates deep industry knowledge and drives recognition through presentations and engagements with external audiences.
- Works as part of a wider team of enterprise, solution, data and platform architects reporting to the Director of Architecture.
