**In this position you will....**

Develop, lead, and manage the talent acquisition strategy and operational effectiveness across Europe. You will work closely with the business, local and international People team and group office to deliver a first-class talent acquisition service.

**You will be responsible for**
- Liaise with Group People and leadership teams to understand recruitment pipeline and plans.
- Conduct and manage the recruitment process according to standard recruitment and approval processes.
- Establish budget forecasts for each project or program (including marketing and attraction strategy and plans), obtaining approvals and managing within budget.
- Implement the Global Employee Referral Policy across Europe.
- Ensure that all vacancies are open and approved through ‘My bolttech’.
- Identifying and developing relationships with organizations, universities, and other partners to assist with attracting and recruiting a diverse pool of talent.
- Serve as brand ambassador at various events, like career fairs or on-campus recruiting events.
- Build and manage a talent pool / local talent community
- Understand local market trends and competitor activity and make recommendations to ensure we can continue to attract and retain talent.
- Support and assist adhoc People projects as required
- Ensure the correct billing information from recruitment partners and insert it in My bolttech according to company guidelines

**You will require the following qualifications and skills**
- A minimum of 5 years of experience as a Talent Acquisition professional.
- Self-motivated, with the ability to work under own initiative.
- Solid understanding of a modern technology company would be an advantage, though not essential.
- Excellent communication skills; fluency in spoken and written English.
