**Software Engineering Team Lead**:
Our client's Blockchain Distribution Network ( **BDN **) allows DeFi (Decentralized Finance) traders to make better trades by being better connected. The key difference is that in the decentralized world of DeFi, you need to be connected to _everyone _. Coinbase is one of their investors.
**Responsibilities**:
- Lead a team of blockchain core experts
- Create offerings that leverage the profit validator's gain
- Create offerings for searchers
- Contributing to the code base of our services
- Integrate our core systems with other blockchains such as Ethereum, Binance Smart Chain, Polygon, Solana and other future blockchains on the roadmap
- Work on special data analysis projects
**Requirements**:
- 2+ years experience in managing Sr. Software Engineer which are experts in their field
- At least 5 years of experience with designing, building, testing and implementing highly scalable and distributed backend systems
- 3+ years experience in Blockchain in general
- 2+ years experience in Blockchain MEV
- Expertise using Go language
- Creative, independent, can do attitude, take ownership of overall responsibilities and a great team player
- Ability to read, modify blockchain core code (geth, bor, prysm,...)
