We are looking for Onboarding Technical Lead for our applications to integrate our team .
Job Description: We are currently seeking a highly skilled and motivated Technical Implementation Lead to join our team. As a Technical Implementation Lead, you will be responsible for interpreting organizational and software implementation technical documents.
You will lead our technical implementation team, ensuring the selection, preparation, training, and supervision of team members. Collaboration with Project Managers to successfully implement customers within estimated time and budget constraints is a key aspect of this role.
Additionally, you will identify opportunities for improving Integrations and Products, design and implement robust, scalable, and optimized applications, and maintain a seamless workflow between integrations and product development by working directly with the Product Development Team.
Key Responsibilities: Interpretation and Team Leadership:Interpret organizational and software implementation blueprints and technical documents effectively.Lead the Technical Implementation team, ensuring effective selection, preparation, training, and supervision of team members.Collaboration with Project Management:Cooperate closely with Project Managers to successfully implement customers within estimated time and budget.Identify opportunities for improving Integrations, Products, and technical procedures, ensuring continuous enhancements.Technical Expertise:Design, implement, and maintain robust, scalable, and optimized applications, with expertise in .NET development.Work directly with the Product Development Team to guarantee the proper workflow between integrations and product development processes.Technical Troubleshooting and Support:Provide technical troubleshooting and solutions for issues, errors, and technical problems.Ensure availability of emergency support to maintain customer satisfaction with our technical solutions.Documentation and CommunicationExplain complex implementation processes to non-experts, customers, and organization members with excellent communication skills.Document technical knowledge in the form of notes and manuals regarding Integration Developments.Technical Skills: Demonstrate expertise in XML related technologies, HTTP, REST, JSON technologies, and databases (SQL / Document DB).(Required)Proficient in .NET Development, Software Version Control systems, particularly GIT, and experienced with CI/CD processes and tools.(Required)Familiarity with team collaboration platforms such as AzureDevOps, coupled with strong problem-solving abilities. (Desired)Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Systems, or a similar relevant degree. (Preferred)Minimum of 4 years of previous working experience as a Software Engineer.(Preferred)Personal Attributes: Exhibit a positive attitude and excellent interpersonal skills when working with colleagues.Demonstrate the ability to work with minimal supervision in complex projects with considerable responsibility.Remain calm under pressure and effectively prioritize and manage multiple open issues simultaneously.If you possess these qualifications and are enthusiastic about taking on challenging projects, we encourage you to apply.
