Capgemini is hiring a **Service Desk Analyst based in Porto**

If you have experience working as a Service Desk, your place is with us

You will be joining our team and working close with our clients.

**What are we looking for?**
- 12th year completed or equivalent;
- Average knowledge of english for international support contacts;
- Experience setting up Windows environment (enduser) and mobile devices (Android/IOS);
- Experience as Service Desk (1st line):

- Communication with the end user providing a single channel of communication;
- Supporting the user in problems and doubts reported;
- Systematization of the information to be passed on to the on-site support teams;
- Management of problems with the communications operator;
- Access control system operation;
- Experience as Field Support (2nd line):

- Technically intervene with the equipment and users at the customer's premises;
- Interact with third parties to support interventions;
- Support the user in the use of IT resources.
