Performance Marketing Specialist

**About this job**:
This role interfaces all internal consumer panel data acquisition teams in 14 countries with the panel recruitment team. The role also manages our external vendors (ad agency, global and local vendors) assuring that recruitment campaigns are properly implemented, measured and scaled, meeting budgets and CPA objectives. The position will work closely with team members namely Art manager, BI specialists and Ad tracking specialists.
**Responsibilities**:
- Working in projects with a focus on performance marketing, optimizing acquisition metrics such as conversion rates, cost per acquisition (CPA), cost per install (CPI), and ROI by channel and media campaign
- Collaborating with app store optimization colleagues, campaign creative producers, media buyers, analytics/BI analysts, product managers, copywriters, designers and developers to ensure panel recruiting, engagement and retention campaigns run according to budgets, timelines and country needs.
- Develop recruitment, engagement and retention paid campaigns to sustain panel’s health, including specific, measurable goals such as churn rate, acquisition cost, retention cost.
- Work on Nielseniq’s performance ads team across more than 20 countries and 10 languages
- Monitor Campaign Set up and continuously optimize the performance of Google and Social Ad campaigns and enforce that agencies do it correctly
- Identify conversion rate optimization (CRO) opportunities, and lead testing processes
- Manage ideation, planning, and execution efforts of CRO special projects.
- Create analytics reports and dashboards to measure campaign performance
- Ensuring the integrity of our UTM campaign tagging
**Qualifications**:
- Experience in mobile advertising and app development or web design
- Bachelor’s degree (Graphic design or similar degree preferred) or equivalent experience with demonstrated excellence)
- Experience in visual design in an agency or corporate environment with acquisition, engagement, or retention campaigns
- Past Experience in performance marketing campaigns (as an “art” team member)
- Previous experience in marketing or advertising communications; Attention to detail, results oriented and a team player
- Ability to deal with ambiguity, strong problem-solving skills, exercise sound business judgement. Must be comfortable working in an agile environment with changing demands and aggressive deadlines
- You should be incredibly organized, methodical and timely (you will help managing multiple campaigns in 24 countries)
**Valued but not mandatory**:
- An understanding of HTML5 and CSS would be helpful
- Previous experience in web or digital development
- Ability to build out mock-ups, user flows, prototypes
- Experience in digital creative print/broadcast/video production
- Experience in App/Mobile advertising
- Experience in managing wordpress sites and digital tracking/tagging would be a plus
