This commitment has led to a remarkable growth of over 50% per year in recent times.**

We are in search of a highly proficient Performance Marketing Specialist who specializes in Google and Meta Ads to enhance and broaden our advertising campaigns. This role demands a blend of technical, analytical, and creative competencies to propel traffic, conversions, and return on ad spend (ROAS).

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Devise, execute, and oversee PPC campaigns on Google Ads (Search, Display, Shopping) and Meta platforms (Facebook & Instagram Ads).
- Perform in-depth keyword research and build focused ad groups to optimize for conversions.
- Continually conduct A/B tests on ad creatives, landing pages, and target audiences to enhance ROAS.
- Keep a vigilant eye on and report key performance indicators (KPIs), such as CTR, CPC, conversions, and overall ROAS.
- Collaborate closely with the content and design teams to create ad creatives that yield high conversions.
- Stay well-informed about the latest changes in ad platforms, industry trends, and best practices.
- Analyze the customer journey and conversion funnel to propose strategies for remarketing and retargeting.
- Set, manage, and optimize monthly advertising budgets.
- Proactively identify opportunities to enhance campaign effectiveness and scalability.

**Requirements**:

- Hold a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Possess a minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience in managing Google Ads and Meta (Facebook & Instagram) Ads campaigns.
- Demonstrate proficiency in Google Analytics.
- Exhibit exceptional analytical and data interpretation skills.
- Be fluent in English, both in written and spoken communication.
- Have a strong grasp of the e-commerce customer journey and sales funnels.
- Display excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Possess the ability to function effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
